Smooth scheduling process, great care, friendly and professional doctor & staff, and easy parking. I started seeing Dr. Katherine Leung roughly 3 years ago. She has great bedside manner. She makes need based treatment plans and takes the time to answer all my questions. I am planning on getting married next year and it was so nice to get a professional opinion on teeth whitening and Invisalign fitting process. The staff is very friendly and they made the insurance process very easy. They were also very easy going and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Great COVID-19 protocol implementation. I filled out my forms on my phone before my appointment. They had their COVID 19 questionnaire, temp check at entrance. They also had extra filter systems in the exam rooms (see picture). I felt very safe during my visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leung for about 10 years now almost and this man is the best dentist I have encountered. My teeth were in very bad shape when I started going to him and he created a treatment plan with me to meet my goals of the smile I dreamed of. I have had multiple procedures done with him such as cleanings, fillings , crowns , root canal and whitening that's a few of many and he has exceeded my expectation every time . He has golden hands and has made discomfort from shots as least as possible. He has even called me on the weekends to check on me after big procedure. What I think is equally as important is he has phenomenal office staff . Giselle is the front office contact person she is always so pleasant and thorough . She is prompt with all my scheduling needs and does it with warmth and Kindness . Last but not least is Christina she is amazing . She handles all the billing needs and authorization and she is always working diligently with my insurance company on Making sure my dental and financial needs are met . And does it with a smile . (insurance companies can be hard as heck to deal with . I know because i work in the healthcare sector as well ) She is a true patient advocate and such a beneficial asset to the office . Christine is a jack of all trades I call with many questions and she always answers then or gets me the answers with kindness. Thanks Christina for being my go To at the office ! All these individuals do such great work and I would recommend any to them for their dental needs . They will exceed you expectations and do it with kindness and humor . I am a life long patient !!

I love coming to Dr. Leung's office for my dental needs. Everyone is so professional and Dr. Leung really takes his time with his patients. I have been his patient for over 20 years. I have had problems with my gums and teeth for the longest time and he manages to find solutions to avoid me loosing any teeth! Thank you Dr.Leung for always being good to me and my family. Your professionalism and skills are unmatched. Please don't ever retire! You're an asset to the dental industry and to the Hayward community.

We recently moved to downtown Hayward. I found Dr. Leung on yelp and my experience with him and his team was above and beyond my expectations.
Right from my first encounter by calling to make an appointment the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. All docs were sent via text andrunning insurance was smooth.
When I arrived the check in was very quick since all docs were signed and completed prior to the apt. Again all the staff was kind and helpful. They explained everything and had a wonderful sense of humor. They give new patients a goodie bag and treat at the end also. When I came home my husband said he's switching over. Very happy with the overall experience and am happy to have found a new dentist.
